Fraud and Abuse Policy
SideQuest Rewards protects advertisers, users, and reward inventory by reviewing suspicious activity.
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Examples of abuse
Abuse includes duplicate accounts, fake information, scripted activity, bots, emulator abuse, referral manipulation, VPN or proxy abuse, completing offers on behalf of others, chargeback abuse, and attempts to bypass offer rules.
Review process
Suspicious activity may trigger manual or automated review. During review, points may remain pending and redemptions may be delayed until account activity is verified.
Possible actions
We may reverse points, cancel pending rewards, restrict offers, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or block future redemptions when abuse or invalid activity is detected.
Appeals
Users may contact support if they believe an action was taken in error. Appeals should include account email, relevant quest details, and any helpful screenshots or context.
Advertiser decisions
Some completion and reversal decisions come from advertisers or offer partners. SideQuest may rely on partner reports when approving or denying rewards.
