Rewards Policy

This policy explains how coins, XP, pending points, ranks, and redemptions work inside SideQuest Rewards.

Coins and XP

Coins represent app reward value and XP represents progression. Completing quests can award coins, XP, streak progress, or rank progress depending on the offer and campaign rules.

Pending points

Some quests may enter a pending state while completion is verified. Pending points are not redeemable until approved. Offers can be reversed if a partner later reports invalid, duplicate, incomplete, or refunded activity.

Redemptions

Gift cards and cash-out options are subject to availability, account eligibility, fraud review, and provider processing times. Reward values and available brands may change.

Rank progression

Users start at Bronze. XP unlocks higher ranks and visible progression. Rank systems may be adjusted over time to improve fairness, balance, or abuse prevention.

No cash guarantee

Coins and XP are not bank deposits, stored value accounts, or guaranteed cash. Redemptions are only available through the reward options offered in the app.
